I am an Electronics Engineering Technologist who has 12 years of relevant experience in the Electrical/Industrial Automation field.

When I was restructured in September 2009 I decided that it is time for me to get my industrial Electrician licence to compliment my existing education as an Electronics Engineering Technologist and my PLC programming Certificate.

In September 2010 I enrolled in the Electrical Engineering Technician (Power) program at Mohawk College. This is an integrated technician/apprenticeship program which means that after 2 years of study I will graduate as an Electrical Power Technician AND Will have completed all the schooling requirements of an Industrial Electrician Apprentice (Red Seal Licence)

My goal is to secure a full-time position in the electrical field that would utilize my existing skills while learning new things as well.
